About Us

Who we are

We are American Rebels Rations and Refreshments and we are a food trailer based out of the Treasure Valley in Idaho.

We are just a couple of guys with a dream and a lot of heart. We love taking care of people and feeding them amazing, fresh food, since we know that the best way to someone's heart is through their stomach.

We also have a brother location, Sam's Smokehouse, which is located on Ustick and Five Mile in Boise, ID. 

What we do

We serve great, high quality food and we have the ability to do it anywhere the wind blows us or where ever you need us to be for your event.
